This is a housing project on a 90 bigha land area , located on the sanctioned 140 ft. Baruipur Amtala Road.

This project is just opposit the new South 24 parganas District head quarters ,which is in the process of infrastructural development, wth a court, offices, schools, Govt. offices etc. This head quarter area is on a 600 acre area & the 3rd. gate to this complex is opposite to the project "Baruipur Enclave"

There are ample transport facilities available like Auto rickshaws, Buses, Trekkers on the Amtala Baruipur Road, up to the Baruipur Railway station , which is just 5 Kms, from the project

The E.M. Bypass is also being extended up to Baruipur & is running 3.5 Kms. from the project

The project when completed( strictly 36 months time frame ) will have 30ft. main roads with 20ft. distribution roads in the project. The infrastructural work at present will be Roads of brick & brats, sewerage  (open) . Electricity & drinking water supply will be available at the outside of the project, up to the security office  & Will be available to the purchasers at the time of handing over, on an extra charge basis, which will be divided among all the residents/plot holders.

Price:- The price of plots are Rs. 2.0 lakhs & Rs. 2.20 Lakhs/ kattah. This price variation is dependent on the location of the selected plot in the project.

Plot sizes start from 2 kattah & may go up to any size as per customer requirement.

Payment Options :-

A purchaser may pay 10 % of the total value of the selected plot in the first 2 months as booking amount & the balance in interest free installments thereafter.The period of the Monthly installment
 will get decreased ,keeping in mind the completion period of the project, which is December 2014  & starting from September 2010

Pay the full value of the plots & get the plot registered ,with a 5% discount on the total value of the selected plot.

This variation in price is dependent on the location of the selected plot in the project

A customer may choose the options of paying 10% of the value of the plot selected for 3 consecutive months as booking amount& thereafter go for a interest free monthly installment of on a system of reducing monthly basis on the balance amount.

Pay the full value of the selected plot & register the plot in his/her name.

The delivery period of the plots are 36 months.
